  Unique Management Services calling my family about library debt. Is this even

  Feeling really stressed and confused right now. I got a call from Unique Management Services saying I owe money for library fines from years ago. I honestly had no idea, but that’s not even the main issue. They called my parents’ house and told them I have a debt in collections. I thought debt collectors weren’t allowed to discuss your personal business with family members? The amount is only around $60 for some lost books, but now my whole family knows my business. This feels like harassment for something so minor. Has anyone else experienced this? How did you handle it?
