Oh, realistic textures are a tough nut to crack with AI! It really depends on the kind of effect you’re aiming for. I was just messing around with some AI image tools, trying to get a realistic effect there as well, especially for those raw effects. One tool that caught my eye was this one: https://undress.app/ai-cum-facial. I will note that many are NSFW, and it looks like they use advanced machine learning. I am not sure if its quite up to that hyperrealism standard, but, they could make a great choice. Let me know what you think.
