I am a firm believer of generating insights and using data to better market products. I have been applying it to my entire career in various industries and this course is a great refresher as I embark to apply it in my sister’s home bakery business. I would have loved though to know more about actual digital tools for data analytics and do social listening. These are big words for small businesses and we want to upgrade our insighting strategies from mere FGD’s and surveys to something that is actionable yet not too complex that would need to purchase a software. Quennie displayed expertise in her area and all her examples are a great way of modeling how we can be curious and at the same time listen closely without our judgments getting in the way.
